Textphone/Minicom Training

Aim

We offer training for anyone who may have to use a textphone/minicom system.

Aims of this course

At the end of this course you will:

• Be able to make and receive calls on a textphone/minicom.
• Understand common abbreviations used during calls
• Be aware of  "etiquette" and good practice during textphone calls.

Audience

Any organization members that use this service and who use it as a technical aid to communication for deaf customers.

Format

There are no set numbers for this training. Training is delivered to as many staff members who will need it.

Dependent on numbers.
